Payment
PayPal is the preferred payment method.
PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. If you have any additional questions concerning payment through PayPal, please don't hesitate to contact us.

PayPal accepts most major credit cards or transfers from PayPal accounts.
Privacy
Paypal.com
guarantees your individual data will be used for purchase tracking only
and will not be sold for any reason. Paypal.com does track your
transaction information and provides that information to Sublet. This
third-party provider uses high grade encryption and the https security
protocol to communicate with your browser software. This method is the
industry standard security protocol, which makes it extremely difficult
for anyone else to intercept the credit card information you provide to
Paypal.com through their online payment form.
Delivery and Shipping
Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship
within 2-3 business days. Deliveries will be made via USPS or UPS. Goods will be
delivered according to their availability. In the case that an item is
out of stock, you be notified you that a change has been made to your
order, and will only be billed for goods that are delivered. Homme Grown Clothing is not responsible for lost or
stolen packages.
What are the shipping rates?
Please
see the shipping rate chart below. Please note that for sale items, the
shipping is calculated from the sale price. Please note that some
countries may have duty tax that you will be responsible for, beside
the shipping charges. Contact your local Customs Office for more
information.

Will there be any duties charged?
Yes. If you live outside the United States you will be charged customs
duties. The duty will depend on the country you reside and the value of
the merchandise you ordered. If you live in the United States, you will
not be charged any customs duties.
Exchanges and Refunds
Homme Grown Clothing hopes you will be satisfied with all the garments you
receive. However, If you wish to return or exchange a product, for any
reason, please contact
info@hommegrown.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. Returned goods will only be accepted
if unwashed and unworn with all tags attached, along with a copy of the
original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the
reason for your return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or
reimbursement. If exchange is requested, but not available, you will
receive a reimbursement. All credits to your account will take place
within 7-10 business days. In case of returns, shipping costs are at
the customer’s expense.

understand that all discounted items are sold under an ALL SALES FINAL
policy and we WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Many of the
items found on these pages are very limited in stock and will not be
available after our stock sells out. If you have any questions about
any of our sale items (sizing, etc...) please contact info@hommegrown.com by email. Email inquiries are usually answered on
the same day.
Washing Instructions
To maintain the natural quality of your fabric, we recommend washing
with baking soda, vinegar or one of the "environmentally" friendly
laundry products available. Our personal favorite : Seventh Generation
Free & Clear Laundry Detergent.
Please consider washing in cold water and drying without heat or
line drying as this increases the longevity of the garment and saves
power and therefore the environment. |
